Crystal Green

Crystal Green is a policy manager on Jobs for the Future (JFF) Policy and Advocacy team. She manages and assists with the development and implementation of JFF’s policy agenda that helps federal and state policymakers and on-the-ground practitioners create equitable conditions and clear paths to economic advancement for today’s learners, jobseekers, and workers. Before joining JFF, Crystal was an admissions and academic programs manager in the School of Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Prior to that, she has served in various leadership, education, and public policy positions dedicated to teaching and mentoring students from ages 3 to adult, developing interpersonal relationships with key decision makers to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community, and executing strategic initiatives focused on supporting and empowering minoritized students.

She holds a dual-degree master’s in higher education and public policy administration from UMass Amherst and a B.A in psychology from the University of Connecticut. She is a proud McNair Scholar and 2018 PNPI alum.
