Crystal Green

Crystal Green is a senior manager on the Executive Office team at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where she plays a pivotal role in translating the CEO’s vision into impactful action. She leads and manages the CEO’s engagements and briefings pipeline, working closely with the CEO and chief of staff to drive cross-functional, organization-wide strategic initiatives. With a focus on alignment and execution, Crystal ensures that key priorities are seamlessly advanced to support JFF’s mission and strategic goals.

Prior to transitioning to the Executive Office, she served as a policy manager on JFF’s Policy and Advocacy team. She managed the development and implementation of JFF’s policy agenda that helped federal and state policymakers and on-the-ground practitioners create equitable conditions and clear paths to economic advancement for today’s learners, jobseekers, and workers.

Before joining JFF, Crystal was an admissions and academic programs manager in the School of Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Prior to that, she has served in various roles dedicated to teaching and mentoring students from ages three to adult, executing strategic initiatives focused on supporting and empowering minoritized students, and developing interpersonal relationships with key decision-makers to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community.

She holds a dual-degree master’s in higher education and public policy administration from UMass Amherst and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Connecticut. She is a proud McNair Scholar and 2018 PNPI alum.
